  1. Starbridge provides Tier -3 support to service providers which have purchased Starbridge network equipment (routers, gateways, modems, etc.) Please send an e-mail to support@sbridge.net and you will receive a communication back within twenty-four hours.
  2. If you have received the Starbridge product through a service provider (ISP, telephone company, cable company), please contact them directly, as they have specific configuration rules as well as set-up parameters to work within their communications network
