Based on service provider requirements, Starbridge can customize the hardware components, software configurations and documentation.. The products can be packaged so that you (service provider) can deploy directly to the end-user. Please contact your account manager or sales@sbridge.net to discuss the details.
Fulfillment
Starbridge will work with each client to determine fulfillment requirements. Options include one or multiple shipments on a specific schedule or direct shipments to end-users (additional costs may apply).
Training
Training is provided to your network administration staff on-site and is designed based on base knowledge of network administration staff. Product cycle requirements are covered, including network set-up, end-user set-up parameters and Tier-1 support.
