Enrique Diaz
President and CEO
Mr. Diaz brings over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and networking industries. Prior to founding Starbridge Networks, he was the Vice President, Latin America, Carrier Internetworking Division of Alcatel, after the Alcatel purchase of Newbridge Networks, where he was the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Latin America.. He also held executive positions at Systems Integration and Telecommunications Professional Services Companies, including several in which Mr. Diaz has been the principal founder and financier.
Frank Davies
Chair, Advisory Council
Mr. Davies has over 50 years in telecommunications that has involved virtually all aspects of the business, including sales of equipment and systems, manufacturing, installation, maintenance and operations, as well as management and funding of business units. Mr. Davies began his career as superintendent of telecommunications for a large mining operation owned by US Steel. He then worked for GTE, now part of Verizon, as a GM of operations in Northern South America (Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia & Venezuela), and then as VP Product Management, Central Office Switching. He also worked for Motorola as GM for Mexican operations. Mr. Davies has been on Board of Directors of CANTV in Venezuela and a member of the Chairman’s Executive Committee of Newbridge Networks.
Mr. Davies has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
Bill Murphy
Chief Architect
Mr. Murphy is responsible for product direction at Starbridge Networks, which develops and provides innovative solutions for Telecom Operators and Internet Service Providers offering Broadband services. Previously he worked at Bell Atlantic, Vitts Network and Cayman Systems in various technical and marketing positions. Involved with Broadband since 1996, Mr. Murphy has been active in home networking groups and has spoken and moderated panels at industry conferences.
Gina Marciaga
Controller and Director of Administration
Ms. Marciaga brings over seven years of Public Accounting experience to Starbridge Networks. Prior to Starbridge, she had her own business as an Independent Accounting Consultant working with small and medium enterprises in southern Florida. Ms. Marciaga worked at Grau & Company and CG Accounting as a Senior Staff Accountant and Staff accountant respectively.
Ms. Marciaga has a Bachelor of Business degree from Florida Atlantic University and Master of Taxation degree from Nova Southeastern University.
